At Whipped Cream Gas, we carefully select and pack our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Our goal is to provide fast, reliable delivery every time. Please review the details below, and check our Returns Policy for information about returns.
Fast & Reliable Delivery
Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 5:30 pm (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same day (subject to stock availability).
Orders placed after 5:30 pm Friday or over the weekend are dispatched on the following Monday.
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout, based on the size and weight of your parcel.
✅ Free UK Mainland Delivery – Spend £99+ (ex VAT) and your delivery is free, including next-day delivery.
❌ Free delivery is not available outside the UK mainland due to higher courier costs.

Next Day Delivery (Business Days Only)
Available with DPD, FedEx, Amazon, and YODEL.
No Saturday or Bank Holiday deliveries.
Premium couriers (DPD & FedEx) provide a 1-hour delivery slot via email or SMS.Couriers We Use
We partner with DPD, FedEx, YODEL, Amazon, and pallet hauliers (for large orders).
Courier cut-off times and weight limits apply automatically at checkout.
A tracking number is provided by email once your order is dispatched.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship within the UK.
Deliveries to Highlands & Islands are accepted but may incur additional charges.
Age-restricted products (e.g. cream chargers):
Cannot be delivered to university addresses. Such orders will be cancelled and may result in account restrictions.
Standard products (e.g. coffee, syrups) can still be delivered to universities.
Age-Verified Deliveries (18+ Products)
If your order includes age-restricted items, the courier will perform an Age Verification Check:
Over 25: No ID required.
Under 25: Valid photo ID required (passport, driving licence, etc.).
No valid ID = No delivery (order will be returned).
Extra Care for Glass Products
Glass items are packed with added protection (bubble wrap, spill-proof bags).
Orders placed before 4 pm are usually dispatched the same day.
During busy periods, dispatch may be delayed by one working day to ensure safe packing.
Delivery Issues
Delays: We work to ship orders promptly but cannot control courier delays (e.g. weather, traffic). If a delay is our fault, your delivery cost will be refunded.
Order Missing: If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 5 working days, check tracking with your courier. If it is lost, contact our Customer Care team.
Damaged/Incorrect Items: Report within 2 working days of receipt, with photos of the item and packaging.
Theft: If a parcel marked as “left in a safe place” is stolen, neither we nor the courier can accept liability. You may need to report the theft to the police. We will assist however we can.
