Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in its original packaging

• In the same condition that you received it

• Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@whippedcreamgas.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Do not send the product back without receiving return instructions from us.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• Used or opened items

• Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

• Perishable or hygiene-sensitive goods

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 working days. Please note that bank processing times may vary.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

• Double-check your bank account

• Contact your credit card provider or bank

• If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@whippedcreamgas.co.uk

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. you received a wrong or faulty item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of delivery.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at support@whippedcreamgas.co.uk with details and evidence (e.g. photos) of the issue.
