For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of food or drink products (e.g, syrups) if seals have been broken.
Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, you have 14 days from delivery to report the issue.

We may offer a replacement or refund.

If a return is required, we will either reimburse your return postage costs or arrange a collection at no cost to you.

If an item is collected but found to be in good working order, a £10 collection fee will be deducted from your refund.
Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging.

We may ask you to return the item (at our expense) or arrange a collection.

Once received, we will send the correct item or issue a refund, including your original delivery cost.
Unwanted Items

Alternatively, we can arrange a courier collection for £10 per parcel. A failed collection will incur an additional £10 fee.
